January 20, 2019: IRDSI LLC after long consideration and significant detailed analysis of facts and evidence presented during the anual meeting. has concluded by unanimous decision, to remove any links, ties or bonds, contractual or otherwise with Yelp. All present at the meeting made similar observations and comments regarding Yelp, it’s business practices and policies. A simple search via any of the available internet search engines for negative commentary with Yelp as the focus returned literally thousands of complaints. We felt that Yelp’s business model is/was harmful and impacting our business negatively due to the following conditions: conflict of interest issues, ethical business practice standards and a serious lack of control from managemnent over the the sales staff. Especially the disrespect, and deceptive behaviour from the sales staff. We can not conduct business with any company that we precieve as lacking moral integritity, and allows unethical business tactics by it staff. This behavior results in questionable credibility on the company as a whole. On a personal note to Yelp: “glad we’re gone, don’t call us… we sure won’t call you. Couldn’t get away from you fast enough”. IRDSI LLC is NOT the only small business dissatisfied with Yelp and it’s underhanded business practices, read more about Yelp’s shaddy dealings.
